To order your custom pet portrait, simply follow these steps:

At checkout, include these personalization details in the Order Notes field or send them to us by email, along with your name and order number. Our email is hope@promisepetportraits.com.

2. Pet’s Gender
3. Preferred Background Color
4. Three (3) high-quality photos of your pet in a well-lit environment. For best results, ensure the photos feature only one pet and are taken with your pet facing the camera.
5. Shelter affiliation (if applicable)

Once we have all the necessary details, we’ll begin creating your pet’s portrait. Within 5 business days of your purchase, you’ll receive a proof to ensure it captures your vision perfectly. Upon your approval, we will provide the final digital file. Your digital portrait can be sent to your email.

If you’ve ordered a poster or keychain (listed separately), we’ll ship it to you as soon as possible! Our physical products, including keychains and magnets, are lovingly handmade in-house. Large posters may be printed at a nearby print shop to ensure high-quality results. Our digital portraits are always one-of-a-kind, meticulously crafted from scratch using the photos you provide. Each commission is one of a kind.
